Drops of Visner

The berries are picked from a wild variety of sour cherry tree (Prunus Cerasus), which are commonly found in the Marche countryside; our company has successfully produced “Visner di Pergola” with this aromatic fruit for thirty years, staying true to an ancient and original recipe from Pesaro.

At the end of the bain-marie steam manufacturing process, the sour cherries are used to obtain this high-quality spirit, characterised by its smooth taste plus a cherry and almond aroma.
